- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★East Sooke Park is a great place to wander trails, climb rocks and see amazing views. There are two entrances. Ayland Farm can get very crowded in the summer, but they have raptor (birds of prey) demonstrations. The other entrance is further away but has trails leading to old mines and wonderful vantage points. I highly recommend taking a day to explore either side of the park.By April M., April 05, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Lots of trails, trees and rocks. East sooke park is a fantastic place to spend a sunny day exploring. Bring a picnic and climb a hill, or sit near the ocean and enjoy the waves crashing on the rocks.By Colin Beatty, March 19, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Gorgeous fairy-like forrest. Hiked about 8-10k but you can make it as short or as long as you want. Downside, there is no easy "round trip" so you don't walk the same way back but it was still very cool and picturesque. great hike to do do with kids - no crazy steep points (or at least we didn't get to them).By Olga Courtnage, November 06, 2016
