  Sooke's only 100% Gluten free café. Amazing, fresh, home cooked meals and baked goods, and fresh made juices from local ingredients where possible. Funky, rustic decor and friendly staff. If you're into kale, or even if you just like a tasty soup or sandwich, you've got to check it out. There is also a selection of gluten-free and other delicious local groceries for sale.

  There were not nearly as many items available as there appeared to be on the menu, or at least the woman working there couldn't or wouldn't tell me. She did seem a little clueless. I had to ask about every single thing to be able to get any information, even though I told her when I came in that it was my first time there. She couldn't seem to find a menu, either. The smoothie I got was very good, but I was disappointed by the lack of service and the lack of vegan food options, when there appeared to be many on the online menu.

  It's closed! Walked all the way there and saw it's closed due to family / health matters. Disappointing, I hope UC isn't gone for good and that everyone is okay. But would be good to update the google map hours to show it's closed!

  Good food, juices, and smoothies. My favourites are the customized oatmeal bowl, the mighty Mason smoothie, and the deep clean juice.
