  The restaurant is very upscale but casual feeling. The dinner menu is fantastic. The food was very fresh and came out in a very timely manner. The wait staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable of the area, and very efficient. We stayed at the hotel 3 nights and ate dinner at the hotel restaurant every night, why leave your hotel when the food and service are so wonderful? The bar staff, Murdock in particular, made you feel at home and as if you were hanging out with a friend but was also very professional. He went out of his way to ensure our comfort and happiness. Not to mention he makes some of the best mixed drinks we have had! We loved the Prestige Oceanfront resort and the West Coast Grill!

  Sat at my table with a coffee and was never approached once by a server to see if I wanted food, which I did. Also didn't bring sugar for my coffee or check on me at all. Left to go eat somewhere else. Service here is horrible! Bar manager was great and handled things very well... didn't make me pay for my coffee and even offered me a coffee to go :)

  Came here with my family and boyfriend for happy hour and had an amazing experience. They had 50% off appies and the fresh sheet, Buck a shuck oysters, and 5 dollar delicious drinks (that white wine tho). We had duck wings which were a must try, tender and tasty, the fish tacos (your choice of fish, we had halibut) were crunchy and zesty and tasted like you were on a beach in California, a steamer pot which was the best steamer pot I've had in years, and of course oysters, which for kelowna was amazing. Service was great even though he was a little run off his feet, inside is reminiscent of a diner but higher class, and the patio had a great people and lake watching viewpoint. Will definitely be going back when I'm in town!
